This lovely Eco Tote Bag Wild Flowers Medium size is handmade in Guatemala with strong unbleached natural cotton handwoven on a pedal loom and embroidered with colorful flowers.

The Quetzal Artisan collection Eco Bags is brought to you in collaboration with the fairtrade organization Good Neighbors Guatemala. 

The Eco Bags Muun are design and handcrafted by artisan women in small remote villages in Guatemala. Good Neighbors supports these artisans in their production of Ecofriendly textiles. Muun means tenderness in Mayan language.

The making of the bags: 100% natural cotton without bleach or dyes is waved by skillful weavers on a pedal loom to make strong greige fabrics. The fabrics are decorated with embroidered colorful designs by artisan women specialized in embroidery techniques.

By purchasing this Fair-Trade product, you support Mayan women and their families in remote areas in Guatemala.

    RETURNS:

    Orders in the Netherlands, Europe and International: You can return your order within 14 days. When you purchase a product, you will receive a return form along with your invoice. You can fill out the return form and return it with the product. You can inform us per email info@quetzalartisan.com or via de Website. You may also download the form here: Withdrawal form.doc. In any case, to withdraw from the agreement, it is sufficient for you to inform Quetzal Artisan in writing per e-mail. For information and/or instructions, see the document: Right of withdrawal.

    Please note that returns are at your cost. We can send you a return label; but in this case, the costs of the return label will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

    What payment methods can I use?

    We offer different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Pay Pal as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, Sofort, giropay, and other.

    Can I purchase items with another currency?

    Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

    Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

    We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

    Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

    E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the EU

    How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

    We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

    How To Return My Items?

    We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
