These cotton Scarves are handwoven om een backstrap-loom by Mayan weavers . They hand-dyed the scarves with selfmade natural dyes extracted from plants,flowers, fruits and vegetables.

These Mayan weavers are members of the fairtrade collectieve Kem Ajachel from Guatemala. This Mayan women cooperative is formed by 70 talented artisans.
